There’s a buoyant and vibrant energy in the Cuban town of Trinidad, where colonial country charm meets 1950’s groove. The crumbling, time-worn city dances to a seductive beat as heat permeates from the sky, glowing on faces that could have stepped out of a Gauguin painting. Riding in the back of a classic 1950’s convertible, the vibe is laid-back, sweet, serene and impossible to resist. Pastel palettes of ochres blend invisibly into each other.
